In addition, if caught by a wind they can damage other items in your yard. This is clearly set forth on the order page when you ordered your umbrella tent or Gazebo. Accordingly no credit will be issued for items damaged by abuse, misuse or neglect by customer. No credit or return is authorized for canvas or fabrics that are torn off the seam. Pool liners are only warranted in the seams- If you get a hole off the Seam they can be repaired with an underwater patch kit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warranty- There are no warranties made by Redspools.Com except the Reds Pools Quality Assurance “All products we sell will have all the parts and be in working order at the time of shipment. Customer must make claim within 10 days of receipt of goods and/or customers inspection.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Manufacturers Warranties All Swimming Pools are covered for structural failure (defects in material or workmanship) by manufacturers warranties which may vary (from 30 days for intex pools to ltd lifetime warranties on Poseidon Pools) SEE OUR WEBSITE FOR VARYING WARRANTIES. WHEN YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT BE SURE TO MAIL OFF WARRANTY REGISTRAYTION CARD AND KEEP YOUR COPY All pool liners are warranted in the seams against seam separation Intex motors warranted by manufacturer 30 days, all other filter motors Are covered by 1 year manufacturer’s warranties. Generally where covered under warranty , Replacement parts or repair will be provided at the option of Manufacturer. Goods must be presented at Redspools.Com Warehouse or designated address stated on manufacturers warranty registration card by and at the expense of buyer for disposition. Replacements will be shipped from Redspools.Com or manufacturer to Customer at no charge unless damage was due to negligence, misuse , abuse of customer or damaged by third party shipper or if warranty is pro rata. ( in which case pro rata charges for repair or replacement will apply) NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Include a copy of your order with your returned product.
