This enchanting cottage is perfect as a retreat to relax and unwind
from the daily hustle and bustle of life. Complete with an open
loft area, this cabin kit makes the perfect in-law suite or guest house.
Expertly manufactured from kiln-dried Lodgepole Pine, this cabin-like
cottage offers the aroma and beauty of natural wood. The color of roof is
your choice and the metal used has a 30-year guarantee.

We have a variety of further options to choose from such as the insulating
packages, window and door upgrades, or even a cedar front deck to enhance
the overall appearance of this truly exceptional cottage.

*Must be assembled on Concrete Base or Floor Kit or BOTH (recommended)

Base Unit includes: Exterior Walls, Roof rafters and strapping. 7' x 12' 9" loft at rear
of building with railing and ladder. Ceiling height 76".
Vinyl window and door kit including: Four 3' x 3' sliding windows, Two 2' x 4' picture windows,
Two 2' x 3' sliding windows, One 2' x 2' sliding windows and One full glass aluminum door.
5' x 7 ' Interior Room, Including Two interior walls and a solid lodgepole pine door.
6' x 18' Covered Porch including, Posts, rafters and metal to match unit.
