The Yukon cabin kit is a wonderful and roomy cottage that allows for
space and comfort. This building has a loft area which increases room
allowance. The metal used on our roofs has a 30-year guarantee and
you can choose from a variety of colors. Manufactured from beautiful
Lodgepole Pine, the Yukon can certainly add value to your property
and can be used as a luxury retreat for the family.
 

*Must be assembled on Concrete Base or Floor Kit or BOTH (recommended) 

Base Unit includes: Exterior Walls. 9' x 18' 9" loft at rear with
railing and ladder.  5' x 9' bathroom below loft.  Solid pine door included
Roof rafters and strapping.
Vinyl window and Aluminum door kit including: Four 3' x 4' Sliding windows,
Two 3' x 3' sliding windows, Two 2' x 3' sliding windows. One half glass aluminum door.
Base floor kit: Includes 2" x 8" floor joists and 5/8" plywood sub flooring.
Bedroom wall kit: Located below loft.  Solid pine door included.
